Review from husband: Just started using this item on May 17, 2017. The camera video is very good quality. Battery takes way too long to charge. Light weight is definitely what sold me into getting it, as I wanted it for bicycle helmet. It has locked up a couple times requiring pushing the reset button. Can not delete files after exporting to PC with the PC software. Must use the phone app to delete files requiring a lot more work. The way too short (about 20 ") USB cable that is supplied for camera is poorly designed and has gotten loose so it does not make good connection in the cam. The specially designed cord needs to be much longer. The manual says this is the only cord that will work on unit. The unit has been used only about 8 hours. Update Sept 17, 2017 returned to a Panasonic repair center Atlanta Professional Electronics, where it sat for 3 months (what a big disappointment). They could not fix it so they sent it to the Panasonic center in McCall, TX about one week ago. Waiting now going on for almost 4 months. Should send it directly to McCall, TX. Lost at least 1/3 of warranty year. Very disappointed.
